About Our Pastor
 Pastor Lyndell Kuns
Lyndell Kuns became pastor of Shasta Community Church in 2015.
Lyndell was raised by Godly parents in Southern California. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age. During his teen-age years he knew that God was calling him into ministry. After high school graduation he enrolled at Western Baptist Bible College (presently Corbin, located in Salem, OR). Following graduation, he and his wife began a thirty year ministry at First Baptist Church of Cottonwood, CA. During this time they adopted their daughter and son. In 1991 Lyndell began his ministry at Grace Baptist Church of Yuba City, CA. In 2004, the Kuns retired to Medford, OR serving as interim pastor wherever needed. Relocating back to the Redding area in 2013 has afforded Lyndell an opportunity to continue ministry as pastor of Shasta Community Church. |
